Pečeni krumpir

Malo je drugačije od običnog pečenog krumpira, pa se mojima sviđa

Sastojci

  • 1 kg krumpira
  • 5 dkg margarina
  • 0,5 dl maslinovog ulja
  • 1 režanj češnjaka
  • sol, peršin

Priprema

1.

krumpir očistiti i po duljini odrezati jednu tanku krišku, da krumpir može čvrsto stajati na podlozi

2.

zarezati na tanke ploške (paziti da se ne zareže do kraja-krumpir mora ostati u komadu)

3.

krumpir staviti kuhati u slanu vodu. Kuhati ga nekoliko miinuta i izvaditi, te staviti u pleh za pečenje

4.

izmiješati otopljeni margarin, maslinovo ulje, češnjak i peršin i to pažljivo preliti preko krumpira. Nastojati da smjesa uđe između narezanih ploški krumpira

5.

peći u pečnici
